Terms and conditions

1. Who makes it, and for whom

The creations are designed and made by Papier & Vie, whose details are given in the legal notice, for any person or organisation that asks for them.

Accepting a quote means accepting these terms, in the version online on the day of acceptance.

2. The creations

The paper is recycled, handmade and seeded: every sheet is a little different. A variation in shade, texture or seed distribution between two pieces, or between a photo and the creation you receive, is part of the material and is not a defect.

Each creation states the seeds it contains. Germination depends on planting, season, watering and light: we provide planting instructions, but we cannot guarantee that a seed will sprout.

3. The quote and prices

Each request receives a written quote: the details of the creation, the quantity, the price, the delivery costs if any, and the production time. The price that binds you is the one in the accepted quote.

4. Order and payment

The order is placed when you accept the quote in writing. to be completed: deposit requested on acceptance, and when the balance is paid

5. Pickup and delivery

Creations are collected at the workshop or delivered in Greater Tunis; international delivery is possible on request. Delivery costs are shown in the quote. The details are on the Pickup and delivery page.

6. Cancellation and changes

A creation is made to order, in your colours and with your texts: it cannot be sold to anyone else. to be completed: whether a mock-up is submitted before production, and what starts production

to be completed: what happens if an order is cancelled, depending on when, and what is refunded

A creation that arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what was agreed is remade or replaced at our expense. Let us know in the days following the handover, with a photo.

7. Complaints and disputes

Write to us first, at aslema@papieretvie.com. We answer every complaint, and the vast majority are settled that way.

Failing an agreement, these terms are governed by the law of Tunisia and the dispute falls under the competent courts.
