What data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who can see it. The short answer: only what is necessary, and nothing for advertising.

What we collect, and why

This site opens no visitor account and sells nothing online: there is no password to choose, no customer area and no payment on the site. The only accounts are the team's, for the back office.
What we store on your device
One small thing, and nothing else. It is set by this site, it stays on your device, and it only makes what you asked for work. The back office also sets a session cookie, but only for the logged-in team.

The links to Instagram and TikTok are simple links: nothing from these networks is loaded on our pages until you click. We set no advertising tracker, and we sell nothing.
Who else sees your data

We do not sell, rent or exchange any data. Nobody but the team can access the back office, and every action taken there is logged.
How long
- Messages and quote requests: as long as it takes to handle the request and the order that follows, then as long as needed to find the exchange if you write to us again about it. Ask us to delete a message, and we delete it.
- Invoices, once Papier & Vie is registered: as long as accounting law requires. An invoice already issued cannot be deleted on request, and this is the only exception to your right to erasure.
- Applications: as long as it takes to study the proposal and answer it. Ask us to delete them, and we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS from end to end. The team's accounts are the only ones on the site, and their passwords are not stored: only a hash is, computed with an algorithm designed to resist brute-force attacks. Access to the back office can be protected by a second factor, and every action there is logged.
Images uploaded to the back office are re-encoded, which removes their metadata, GPS location included.
